All prices and charges are in pounds sterling. All prices include VAT, but exclude delivery charge.

Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

We endeavour to ensure that all the information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally an error may occur. If we discover the error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

warranty and returns policy

All Shuttle XPC?s and IDEQ products supplied by Cavtec System Ltd are covered by 12 months hardware warranty valid from the date of invoice. Warranty will void if Cavtec Online?s serial number is removed or broken.

All other products supplied by Cavtec System Ltd are covered by the manufacturer; all warranty information should be filled out and sent off on receiving these products. The customer is solely in-charge of the warranty of the purchased product.

Any defect to any of Cavtec System Ltd?s products caused by user modification, virus, spyware, software or consumer misuse, is not covered by Cavtec Online?s warranty.

Before returning any item you must first email: admin@cavtec.co.uk within the warranty goods period, for return material authorisation (RMA) number and form.

The completed RMA form must be included within the packaging, and the RMA number must appear on the returns packing label.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

Any faults or damage that is not documented on the Cavtec System Ltd RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by the Cavtec System Ltd warranty documented above.

If returned items are found not to be faulty, the customer will be charged for the return carriage.

If your goods are not faulty after receiving your product you have 21 days to cancel that order and return the goods for a refund.

For the return of a product, proof of purchase is required.
The product has to be unused and in ?as new? condition with; the product and content will be checked by Cavtec System Ltd on return.
All goods returned must include original software, manuals, cables and original packaging.
Cavtec System Ltd has the right to refuse a refund if the above criteria are not meet.

Disclaimer of Warranty, Title of goods, Trade Marks

This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of any manufacturer?s warranty.

The title to purchase goods is retained by Cavtec System Ltd until goods are paid in full by the purchaser. Cavtec System Ltd reserves the right to repossess any goods that have not been paid for in full within the 30 days from the date of invoice, and invoice the customer for any legal, delivery and restocking costs incurred.

All trade marks published are the property of their respective companies.

Cavtec System Ltd may revise these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the laws of the U.K. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be un-enforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
