About Us
Cavtec was founded on the 1 April 1991. Cavtec was organised to provide support services and computer systems and networks to the local business sector, supporting small business systems, their hardware and peripheral devices.
Cavtec was based in a 500 sq ft unit on the Airport Industrial Estate. Cavtec has since moved twice due to an increase in workload and demand, once in 1995 to a 1000 sq ft. unit on the same estate and again in July 2001 to a newly built 2500sq ft building in Kenton Bankfoot where Cavtec is currently located.
On April 4th 2003 Cavtec went limited and was re-named Cavtec Systems Ltd.
Steady progress has been made to meet the requirements of an ever-changing industry and the remarkable progress of personal computing, networking hardware and system software. Cavtec now maintains hardware, systems software and the provision of all types of hardware and networks to industry, education and domestic sectors. The new larger building with both Workshop and office facilities allows Cavtec to respond to this demand more effectively.
The workshop facility is used for a wide variety of maintenance including the repair of pcs, laptops and printers. The workshop is also used in the assembly of new pcs. System software configuration, maintenance, repair, anti-virus and data recovery are also carried out at our repair centre as well as on-site and telephone support.
Cavtec Systems Ltd was established in 1991 and specialises in the support of small businesses and home users. We provide the key elements they need to keep them operating effectively, reliably and securely.
Cavtec Systems offers a wide range of services which meet all small business needs whether it is a service contract tailored to specific requirements, a repair centre service that might include an engineer call out or it may be a level of consultancy and advice that is required. We are also able to offer remote monitoring of small business servers.
We are now preferred suppliers of Shuttle XPC systems and PCs tailored to any requirement. We also sell all major brands of laptops and printers. We are pleased to offer other services to the general public such as a walk-in PC repair centre, free estimates, damage reports, care packages and the service and repair of all major brands of laptops and printers.
